Southsea is perfect for outdoor personal training, the beach, common & promenade are ideal to get out and keep fit & have fun whilst doing it.

Outdoor sessions really provide a change for my lovely clients that prefer to mix up their sessions to keep them on their toes from our indoor sessions where more equipment tends to need to be required. 

We create a session style that incorporates cardio, weights, conditioning and weight loss all into one session. 

From my experience, my clients tend to enjoy this approach as it allows them to achieve optimal results in the most realistic and ideal timeframes throughout their working week. 

Sessions are often 1 hour long, however can be split into 30 min sessions upon request. 

We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,  which allows plenty of time for you to put in the effort to get fit, with no excuses about not having enough time in the day...

It's the most common excuse out there, if you want to see results you need to make time to put in the work.

Our coaches are all specialised in Pre and Post Natal training for women. We aim to help women who want to make lifestyle changes during or after pregnancy, and to help improve their mental and physical wellbeing. These benefits include assistance with weight loss, increased aerobic fitness, social interaction and psychological wellbeing. Exercise can help recovery, and assist in muscle strength and toning. You can benefit from having more stronger and more toned abdominal muscles. Our coaches will help assist you through your PCOS journey . So let's get started now, sooner than later. Exercise can help balance your hormones, help to lower oestrogen and insulin and increase endorphins . Exercise can also help to improve your mood and lower depression and improves imbalances of PCOS symptoms. Regular exercise releases endorphins which are known as happy hormones. Lifting lighter weights helps increase endurance. To maintain a healthy weight, you have to keep a good balance of energy expenditure vs energy intake. Regular activity and preparing good meals can help to manage weight gain and ensure that you are getting in good nutrition and eating enough to avoid excessive snacking.

Our highly experienced coaches all have a prevalent background in sports. Wether it is football, swimming, hockey, rugby, basketball, tennis, badminton or athletics, we are here to aid you in your fitness goals outside the pitch or court. We are able to provide extra help to anyone seeking guidance in improving their abilites to perform better at their sport. Exercising in the gym with a coach can provide you with skills that can contribute to improving your sports performance.

Our female coaches are available to aid any young ladies who are nervous to ask for extra help, to boost their confidence in and out of the pitch.

I can not praise these guys enough! I started training with Anika, Simi and Harley when I was in my first trimester and trained with them throughout my pregnancy right up until I was 37 weeks. They really know their stuff and I felt safe to train throughout in a friendly environment- with my training adapting as my body changed. I really believe my smooth and relatively easy labour was partly due to the work we put in.And I’m not finished there. Since giving birth to my little girl I really feel like they have become more than my PTs. The love and support they have given us is second to none- entertaining my little one allowing me to train multiple times a week to get back to my pre baby self.I would be lost without them.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone who struggles with motivation and structure in their workouts. I decided that I needed a PT to set me in the right path and kickstart my fitness journey again. This studio is private and you book your session in advance, which means you have access to everything you need when you are there and you have space to breathe!! The studio itself is fully kitted out and is super clean - two things that are often compromised in other gym/studios. As for the team, they are just so brilliant. Training with Anika, Simran and Harley has been amazing. They are so knowledgable and between them they can answer any question you throw their way. It’s clear that they love what they do - there has never been a day where the mood has been off.
